Returns and refunds — Flawless Aesthetics Clinics
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to products and services purchased from us. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights. If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under the law.
If there is a problem with your order, email info@flawlessaesthetics.com.au or call 02 8041 3293. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, if useful, photos of the product or packaging. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. This contact step does not remove your statutory rights.
We will assess the issue and explain the remedy available under Australian Consumer Law. If a return is needed, we will advise where to send it and how reasonable return costs will be handled where the law requires us to cover them. Refunds, when due, are generally made to the original payment method; payment providers may take additional time to process them.
For a change of mind or an item ordered in error, we accept product returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains sealed, unopened and unused. Contact info@flawlessaesthetics.com.au before sending your return so we can provide return instructions. The 14-day limit and sealed, unopened and unused conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns; they do not limit your rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty products or other failures to meet consumer guarantees.
Gift cards and treatment bookings may have additional conditions shown when purchased or booked. Any such condition remains subject to applicable law.
