Shipping and delivery — Flawless Aesthetics Clinics
We ship eligible products to destinations offered at checkout. Shipping options, availability and the final charge are shown before you place an order. Gift cards or other non-shippable items are delivered according to the information shown on their product pages.
Australia: Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $100 and free for orders of $100 or more. Shopify currently displays an estimated transit time of 2–8 business days for Standard shipping. Express shipping is $25, with an estimated transit time of 1–4 business days. These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
International: Where checkout offers delivery to your country, Standard International shipping is currently $20 and Shopify displays an estimated transit time of 6–27 business days. Import duties, taxes or local charges may apply and are your responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Pickup and local delivery: These options are available only when shown for your order and location at checkout. Wait for a ready-for-pickup notice before visiting the clinic. The pickup location and any local delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
We prepare physical orders for dispatch after payment and applicable checks. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is fulfilled; tracking is supplied when available. Delivery estimates may change because of carrier delays, destination or product availability.
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or has an incorrect item, contact info@flawlessaesthetics.com.au or call 02 8041 3293 with your order number. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
Clinic addresses: North Parramatta — 4 Dunlop Street, North Parramatta NSW 2151; Chatswood — 46 Hercules Street, Chatswood NSW 2067. Do not send returns to a clinic without contacting us first.
